As a care home, we need to ensure the safety of our residents round the clock and respond to incidents swiftly without undue delay. In this respect, SoundEye monitoring devices have proved to be a useful supplementary system in helping to monitor our residents, without intrusion into their privacy, and alert duty staff to possible incidents.

SoundEye technology is useful and benefit for both clients and staff. It can safe-guard to our clients. The person in charge of SoundEye is helpful and friendly. He provided clear training and supportive services and tried his very best to fine tune the system.

SoundEye serves as a reminder for the staff that there are clients not in class when staff are too busy and not aware of their absence. The System was greatly improved with the new version Apps that was correct and accurate in the triggers and it also consumes less phone battery power. It is well received by staff as the system has become a second eye to the staff, while they are caring for the other clients.
A Suggestion for a different alarm tone to differentiate between the client who ran away from the front door and client idling in the washroom, so that they can zoom in immediately based on the alarm tone.

SoundEye has been working really well in combination with our new IP Camera system (Milestone). The integration between the two technologies have drastically improved how we handle onsite incidents with our residential clients – from speeding up our post-incident investigations, to even allowing us to intervene with incidents as they are still happening.
The team at SoundEye were motivated & responsive, and flexible to work around our strict security requirements and architectural limitations. Despite it being the first ever integration between the Milestone Camera System and SoundEye devices, and they handled it with confidence and competence. They continue to impress us with their post-project promptness as well!
